The hotel had a beautiful Japanese garden and it was located near a stunning lake. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The hot springs were a highlight of the hotel, with clean and relaxing facilities.
The communication was quite difficult as most of the staff did not speak English. , the onsite restaurant was quite expensive and there were no nearby food options, which was a bit inconvenient.
